What is FULLCAP?
FULLCAP is a pulsed-light sterilization equipment offering complete decontamination of caps. It ensures the decontamination of both sides of the caps : internal and external, including the dead volume in sport closures. See our collaboration with Aptar
Capable of processing up to 60,000 caps per hour, this machine is designed to extend product shelf life, ensuring optimum quality for sensitive beverages.
FULLCAP benefits
– Proven effectiveness: FULLCAP guarantees microbiological reduction up to 4-5 logs on the reference germs. It makes it the ideal choice for products with extended shelf life (ESL > 60 days) and aseptic acidic beverages.
– Chemical-free sterilization: Pulsed light technology eliminates the risk of chemical residues. Thus, preserving the organoleptic integrity of beverages.
– Adaptability: The FULLCAP is designed to work with a variety of caps, including flat, sport caps and scoop caps. Compact, the machine can be easily integrated into existing or new filling lines.
