Claranor Pulsed Light Pass Box at Achema
On the stand at Achema 2024, you could discover the Claranor Pass Box, suitable for small batches and for transferring goods between two areas with different levels of hygiene. It allows rapid introduction of materials into the cleanroom and isolator.
- The static Pass box uses the power of pulsed light technology. It offers a radiation, chemical, and residue-free decontamination
- The process enables to achieve up to 6 log
- The treatment with several flashes is very fast: <1 min, and very sober in energy consumption
- The systeme is self-sterilizable. It allows production to be carried out in an aseptic area
- Several machine sizes are available adapted to the objects to be treated
Because this technology works with low energy consumption and is free from chemicals, in this way it is sustainable.

An application for tub decontamination has been designed with Steriline and installed on pharmaceutical lines.
