Claranor proven decontamination solutions for cups and lids

Claranor has developed three specialized solutions for cup and lid decontamination, offering safety and versatility across various cup formats and materials. Our chemical-free, high-efficiency decontamination systems are designed to fit seamlessly into your production line and ensure maximum quality and safety.

CUP decontamination solution
Our CUP machine targets the inner surfaces of cups and trays, effectively decontaminating all types and sizes up to 20 kg. This system integrates with both linear and rotary filling lines, providing a powerful option for ultra-clean decontamination.

LID decontamination solution
The LID equipment is specifically designed to sterilize the product-contact surface of lids, whether made from plastic or aluminum. Ideal for both linear and rotary filling lines, this solution ensures high hygiene standards and reliability.

COMBI CUP & LID solution
Our COMBI CUP & LID system offers ultra-clean decontamination for both cups and lids in a single, efficient line. This economical solution minimizes equipment needs by using one electronic cabinet to power two optical cabinets, maximizing efficiency and reducing operational costs.

Range of cap sterilizers

Claranor provides three specialized cap decontamination solutions that are compact, easy to integrate, and adaptable to various bottling line speeds and product sensitivities. Our machines deliver reliable, chemical-free sterilization designed to enhance hygiene and efficiency on your production line.

FULLCAP innovation:
The FullCap, sets a new standard in hygiene with simplified maintenance. Perfect for sports and flat caps, this machine decontaminates both internal and external surfaces at speeds of up to 60,000 bottles per hour, achieving an Extended Shelf Life (ESL) of over 60 days.

INNCAP – high-speed solution:
The INNCAP machine is engineered for ultra-clean decontamination on high-speed lines, processing up to 120,000 bottles per hour. Compatible with all cap types and sizes, this solution stands out as the only high-efficiency cap chemical free sterilization system on the market capable of operating at such a rapid pace.

ESSENTIAL – cost-effective option for lower speeds:
Ideal for low- to medium-speed lines, the ESSENTIAL solution is perfect for lines handling up to 16,000 bottles per hour. Offering the efficiency and cost benefits of Claranor’s Pulsed Light technology, it surpasses traditional UV solutions and reduces Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for producers with slower lines.

MP UV Decontamination

In 2024, Claranor expanded its portfolio by introducing MP UV technology, enhancing its range of non-chemical decontamination solutions. To achieve this, Claranor formed a strategic partnership with DR FISCHER Group.

The goal is to provide access to both Pulsed Light and Medium Pressure UV technologies for packaging decontamination. This collaboration will also ensure data-driven recommendations, backed by solid microbiological results.

As a result, producers will benefit from the most effective decontamination solutions, tailored to their specific needs. Claranor will design the ideal solution, considering factors such as packaging sensitivity, technology performance, cost efficiency, and seamless integration into production lines.
