CAP STERILIZER
Among the 3 cap decontamination machines designed for beverages, liquid food, and dairy, Claranor INNCAP HIGHSPEED is the most adapted to the water market. It offers an ultra-clean cap decontamination of the internal surface of the closure, plus the equipment is suitable for high-speed lines, up to 100,000 bottles per hour. Every kind of cap can benefit from the Pulsed light treatment: flat, sport, with or without liner, metal cap, or 5 gallons.
The Pulsed light treatment offers many advantages compared to chemical or UV treatment:
- Highly efficient, it is non-thermal, thus respecting the integrity of the closures even the lighter-weight caps designed to answer the water industry sustainability goals.
- Chemical-free, there is no risk of chemical residue stuck in the cap or under the liner.
PREFORM NECK AND BOTTLE NECK STERILIZERS
Claranor sterilization unit is integrated on preform descent chute, upstream of the blowing step for preform neck, on the conveyor upstream of the filler for bottleneck.
- It ensures the decontamination of the neck without any chemicals, thus respecting the pureness of the mineral water and avoiding any risk of contamination of the water spring.
