For an ESL orange juice without preservative, refrigerated, with a shelf life of 70 days
- The cap to be sterilized is a flat cap with an aluminum lid,
- Chemical sterilization is not suitable due to the complex shape of the cap generating a risk of trapping in the dead volumes of the cap,
- The UVC solution was not validated because it did not reach the required log reduction.
Our pulsed light solution met all customer requirements, with decontamination results beyond expectations

On the dairy market
For a low pH, on pasteurized milk with an ESL of 90 days.
