“At the next CFIA, in Rennes, the equipment supplier presents In-line, an” all-in-one “module facilitating integration on the packaging line.
On the occasion of the Food Industry Suppliers Carrefour (CFIA), which will take place in Rennes (Ille-et-Vilaine) from March 10 to 12, Claranor presents In-line, a pulsed light sterilization module ” all in one ”, ready to be integrated on the packaging lines. If the advantages of pulsed light are no longer to be demonstrated, the equipment supplier wants to facilitate its implementation with this system.
Compact in size, with a space requirement of 600 x 160 x 120 mm, the station is delivered as a kit. This includes an optical module, an electronic rack and a cooling rack. The module is directly controlled by the line’s human-machine interface (HMI). Compared to other decontamination processes, pulsed light has several advantages, such as the absence of chemistry and releases, low energy consumption, performance with a rate of elimination of bacteria and molds from 3 log to 5 log in only 1 flash. The module is intended more particularly for the treatment of cups and films.
